This directly assists with the foundational work of the Institute: outreach to young adults to give them hope and a reliable source of Catholic information. This includes free distribution of good Catholic materials to high-school and college students. We need 135 new Ambassadors to meet our free distribution needs.

• You help us distribute our bulk copies of Envoy magazine to Newman Centers and parishes surrounding 50 college campuses a year.  Each Ambassador covers the cost of distributing 100 magazines to these campuses.
• Fruits of your support: Young adults who are surrounded with falsehood and immorality can find the truth presented charitably, with our award-winning Envoy humor, and in the eye-catching medium of our print magazine and special reports.
• How you share in the fruits: We’ll send you a free subscription to the magazine for your personal use, you’ll receive product discounts on Envoy Institute products, as well as products I recommend as the best available today, plus you’ll be invited to our annual Ambassadors Leadership Conference and other special “apologetics weekends” across the country.

• You help us with the monthly costs of our website content--podcasts, blogs, and the like--which address current and breaking topics in the culture war as they happen, keeping us relevant and immediate for young adults today.
• Fruits of your support: Young adults are made aware through our aggressive online efforts that they can tap into www.EnvoyInstitute.net as a reliable resource for the challenges and questions of today, whether it concerns faith and morals, apologetics, liturgy, even dissecting the “philosophies” which are rampant on college campuses today.
• How you share in the fruits: In addition to all the benefits of basic Ambassadors, you’ll receive free attendance at our annual Ambassadors Leadership Conference (or if you can't attend, a complete set of DVDs or CDs), plus a free gift subscription to Envoy for someone you love. Plus, you’ll receive my special audio magazine, “Answers to today’s urgent questions,” which I record throughout the year with expert commentators in response to the dizzying variety of challenges the culture is throwing at us with increasing velocity.

• You help us with the personal interaction and deeper responses for those young adults who contact us via phone and email, asking for more materials, answers to questions, and help for their friends. 
• Fruits of your support: You enable us to continue to provide personal service to young adult leaders, who contact us for support in reaching out to their peers, and also to those most desperate and questioning, who contact us as a “last chance” cry from their hearts.
• How you share in the fruits: In addition to all the benefits above, I’ll personally give you a call twice a year to answer your questions and recommend materials and methods to reach those closest to your heart who have drifted away from the faith.

• We need 24 new “Ambassador Builders” to develop the special reports and broadly promote them beyond our normal distribution channels.  
• Without this level of support, we can't respond quickly and thoroughly to the vast range of issues swirling around us in the culture. We can’t just answer yesterday’s questions—we need to be relevant to the rapidly changing environment of young adults today. 
• Fruits of your support: We are competing against well-funded and well-entrenched interest groups. You give our faith a fighting chance through your generosity.
• How you share in the fruits: In addition to all the benefits above, you’ll receive our special “Envoy Institute Insider” reports about what our contacts indicate is cooking in the culture—and how we intend to respond. You’ll also be included in my regular conference calls with leading Catholic thinkers and culture warriors discussing the most urgent issues and how Catholics should respond.

• We need your support to cover the costs of developing and conducting the events we hold, plus recording them for online and offline distribution. 
• Fruits of your support: Not only can we bring in top speakers for conferences, debates, and online simulcast events, but we can also support the annual “Envoy of the Year” award. The 2009 honoree is Archbishop Charles Chaput of Denver for his courageous and timely book, Render unto Caesar, which presented the rights and responsibilities of Catholics in the political process.
• How you share in the fruits: In addition to all the benefits above, you’ll be invited to all the VIP receptions at our Ambassador Leadership Conferences, the Envoy of the Year gala award dinner, and other events, meeting our awardees, speakers, and other special guests. I’ll also invite you to my Envoy Institute regional receptions and VIP apologetics weekends.

•  “Strategic Cabinet Ambassadors” provide $5000 or more annually: We need 6 new “Ambassador Builders” to provide sufficient resources for our expansion.
• This level of funding gives us the ability to contract with Envoy Institute Fellows for course creation and new products, seed-money for new media, and hiring research Fellows and interns. 
• Fruits of your support: Quite simply, we get breathing room from the urgencies of today’s financial needs so we can look ahead to what God is asking of us to meet the needs of tomorrow.
• How you share in the fruits: In addition to all the benefits above, I’ll save you time and effort through my special “Catholic Concierge Service,” in which I’ll send you throughout the year free of charge personally selected items that you can trust as solidly Catholic (books, CDs, DVDs, and the like).
